It’s time to sit up and take notice..there are homes here in Bergen County folks, which are selling at or over asking price.  The Sellers are pricing their homes realistically, and the Buyers are perceiving excellent value.  550 Baylor Avenue in River Vale just closed at $600,000, with a list price of $599,950.  The house had a contract the day it was offered to the public for showings.  The Seller is thrilled, as is the very astute Buyer, who was educated to value.  Read more…
