Another Sale in Pascack Valley-Yes, Folks, Homes are Selling!

I was driving this morning on my way to a Real Estate Seminar, and once again on the Radio I heard about problems in the Real Estate market.  My view is from someone down in the trenches, watching what is happening on a daily basis.  What I see is that although prices have adjusted. that homes are selling!  There are buyers out there negotiating contracts, and sellers moving on to new homes.  read more…

Fascinating Pascack Valley Real Estate Open House Results!

Here it is, a few weeks before the holiday Season, and there was a flourish of activity at my open house in Hillsdale New Jersey.  What is even more fascinating is that many of the visitors were buyers who have already sold there homes, and are renting while looking for a home.  This is a very smart idea, if you think that the Real Estate Market in the Pascack Valley is indeed dropping.    Read more of this blog here!
