Buyers Come Out in Droves in the Pascack Valley Real Estate Market

Today is Saturday, January 19, and I have spent the entire day making appointments for many buyers to show my beautiful homes for sale in the Pascack Valley.  7 Marion Road in Montvale had 7 showings today, and 226 Ell Road in Hillsdale had 6 showings, and one offer coming in.  The weather is cold, the skys are grey, but the market appears to be hot.  There is definitely excitement in the air!  This is January, remniscent of last January, when we had a scurry of buyer activity.  Prices are down significantly, and mortgage rates are below 6%.  What an incredible combination!  It does appear that the buyers are realizing that this could very well be a moment of opportunity in the Pascack Valley home buying market not to be missed.

Odor is a powerful tool for setting the atmosphere of a home.  For example, the smell of freshly baked cookies or simply a clean house is much more appealing than say the smell of your household pet!
